Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital transformation and low-code automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for optimization, and translating business needs into clear specifications for technical and product teams. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, facilitating workshops and meetings, and supporting user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business objectives. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project outcomes with organizational goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Business Process mapping, optimization, and workflow design.
• Ability to define and manage Business Requirements, translating business needs into actionable solution specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, ERP, BPM, or low-code platforms is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural teams; fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
