Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, enhance, debug, test, and maintain applications.
• Perform requirements analysis, mapping/design, technical specification, coding, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain system integrations/interfaces using SQL, VB/.NET, Java, and Shell scripting.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage job scheduling, troubleshoot application issues, and provide technical support.
• Develop new systems and interfaces where required, including SIT/UAT environment support.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure proper knowledge transfer to the production/support team.
• Work with senior developers, system architects, and Application Delivery Managers to design fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and architectural standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant application development experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong experience in application development and system integration/interfacing.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, VB/.NET, Java, Red Hat Linux, and Shell scripting.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience working on projects from requirements through production implementation.
• Ability to work with developers, architects, project teams, and business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of security, regulatory, and architectural requirements.
