Kerja Sepenuh Masa, SITE ENGINEER di Inta Bina Selangor - Maukerja

Job Requirements:

• Preferably someone who familiar with QLassic Assessment;
• Exposed to site engineering management, team management, computer literate and possess supervisory and interpersonal skills;
• At least 3 year(s) work experience in the construction field and exposed to high rise building construction;
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure smooth operation and supervisory works at project sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
• Responsible for site activities progress, quality and safety
• Responsible and follow up to ensure good quality architectural finishes in order to attain good QLassic scores
• Assist HOS in contract administration and management
• Prepare and review construction programme. Track and liaise with clients and consultants on construction progress against the master schedule and report any discrepancies or delays
• Ensures timely submittal and accuracy of progress reports
• Monitors and controls wastages of material at site
