Full Time Japanese Sando Service Crew Job Description

We are a new Japanese Sando food stall offering freshly prepared, delicious Japanese-style sandwiches and casual food in a fast-paced takeaway environment. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and service-oriented Full-Time Service Crew members to join our team and grow together with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service
• Prepare and assemble Japanese Sando and other food items according to our recipes and standards
• Handle food preparation, packing and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall, kitchen and work areas
• Ensure food quality, portion control and presentation are consistently maintained
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements

• Min 2 years of F&B experience in a food stall/ kiosk or its equivalent  
• Positive, friendly and customer-oriented personality
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required
