Key responsibilities

• Reach out to companies via outbound calls to introduce products and identify key contacts.
• Understand the company’s products and services to explain them clearly and confidently.
• Engage prospects through friendly, consultative conversations to understand their needs.
• Update customer and company details accurately in the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure smooth handover of leads.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain interest and engagement.
• Meet daily or weekly activity targets such as calls and appointments.
• Share feedback on customer responses to help improve sales approaches.

Requirements

·       Minimum Diploma qualification

·       Possess a valid CEI (Basic) certification

·       Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship managementskills

·       Self-driven with the ability to work independently

·       Possess experience in sales-related roles(e.g., internship, part-time job, temp job, full time job, freelance in retail,event, banking, etc. industry)

·       Comfortable speaking with people over thephone and building rapport.

·       Willingness to learn, good communicationskills, and a positive attitude.
