Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in ACRE WORKS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Perform the duties on administration of Sub Contracts, budgeting, cost control, Progress Claim, Taking-Off, material requisition and handling contractual matters.
• Able to track the budget vs expenditure,reporting to management.
• Source Quotation for Material procurement,Hardware, Issuance of Purchase Order (PO) and interim payment preparation to suppliers.
• Prepare Work order, LOA and Supply Agreement, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse, to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics flow.
• Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly.
• Initiate, maintain & update of QEOHS related documentations.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Equivalent by recognise Institution.
• Minimum 3 years Working Experience as Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• Independent and self-motivated. Proficient with MS Excel and Preparation of Payment, Claims and Work Orders.
