- Coordinate and manage company events including annual Dinner & Dance and team-building activities to ensure successful execution
- Book air tickets and plan travel arrangements for team trips to support smooth logistics
- Communicate effectively with site teams to facilitate event and program coordination
- Provide media support by taking and editing photos to document company events and activities
- Manage the wellness program by sourcing suitable sites and organizing activities that promote employee well-being
