Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Cost Analyst to manage contractadministration, assist in digital quantity measurement, oversee procurement,and lead commercial project closure. AI-assisted tools will be provided tosupport daily workflows, increase productivity, and streamline cost analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Review main contract and subcontract terms, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
- Maintain complete records of contract communications, modifications, and secure digital filing across Cloud and local storage.
Project Costing & Procurement
- Assist in digital quantity take-offs and checks using available quantity take-off software.
- Lead procurement efforts: source subcontractors/suppliers, conduct price negotiations, and prepare price comparative analyses.
- Assist in managing overall project cost assessments and budget tracking.
Project Closure & Final Accounts
- Assist in payment certifications processes following regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation work—managing additions/omissions, design changes, subcontractor claims, and rate applications.
- Finalize final accounts, resolve back charges, and monitor contractual responsibilities
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- English Proficiency: Working proficiency in written and spoken English (required to review technical contract documentation, prepare commercial assessments, and lead price negotiations).
- Preferred: Candidates with a solid practical understanding of Singapore standard contract forms (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., SOPA) will be given prior consideration based on technical relevance.
