Job Summary

The Graduate Engineer Trainee Programme (GETP) is a 12-month structured development plan for fresh Chemical Engineering graduates to gain practical experience and technical skills through hands-on learning and cross-functional rotations. Successful completion of the programme will be eligible for a completion bonus, subject to the Company's terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to perform daily operational tasks and gain practical engineering exposure
• Execute technical and analytical tasks in challenging projects to enhance problem-solving skills and engineering competencies
• Support operational excellence initiatives by applying skills in operations management, manpower management, project management, process control, automation systems, technical support, and continuous improvement
• Complete structured job rotations across multiple departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations
• Deliver engineering-related assignments as required to contribute to business objectives and personal development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with a strong academic record (high CGPA preferred)
• Passion for manufacturing operations, process engineering, and engineering solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate and report within teams
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
