Senior HR Executive

Join a global maritime organisation in a broad, hands-on HR role supporting multiple entities and an international workforce.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business and managing a wide range of HR responsibilities. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, employee data, workforce reporting, HRIS administration, HR policies and day-to-day people matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The role will also involve working closely with managers and employees across the business, ensuring HR processes are managed accurately and consistently while supporting regional HR operations.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or a relevant discipline.
• Proven HR generalist experience across employee lifecycle, HR operations, payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple entities or countries.
• Strong experience in employee data management and workforce reporting.
• Working experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
• Experience in a regional or multinational environment would be highly regarded.
