• Support daily HR and administrative operations within the healthcare environment
• Handle recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain and update employee records, leave administration, attendance, and HR databases
• Prepare employment-related documents such as letters of appointment, confirmation, renewal, and resignation
• Coordinate staff onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of attendance and leave records
• Support work pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related matters where applicable
• Coordinate staff medical check-ups, training records, certifications, and vaccination tracking
• Manage office administration duties including procurement of office supplies, filing, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
