At Airfilter Engineering, we are proud to offer innovative products to many industries such as automobiles, electronics, oil & gas and many others industries that meet the needs of our customers in industrial applications, requiring clean and dry air and/or gas for their manufacturing requirements.

To help us continue expanding our offerings, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Logistics Manager to manage and coordinate our company’s overall logistics, warehouse and transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments, deliveries and transportation.

• Coordinate import/export shipments, freight forwarders, transporters and customs-related matters.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and proper shipping documentation.

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory movement and stock accuracy.

• Monitor freight and transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Resolve shipment delays, delivery issues and other logistics-related problems promptly.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant customs/import/export requirements.

• Manage and guide the logistics team and continuously improve logistics processes.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

• Preferably 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

• Good knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, freight forwarding and transportation.

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be an advantage.

• Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/inventory systems.

• Able to start work at short notice will be an advantage.
