Tanggungjawab
OSAT Assembly Senior Engineer overseas the backend semiconductor manufacturing processes and activities at the OSATs. Acts as a primary technical Interface between Rensas and OSATs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with OSATs to ensure good yield, quality, delivery and cost performance and drive improvement activities to meet KPI.
Implement process and materials changes at the OSATs and runs qualification activities to qualify these changes.
Develop and/or assist NPI to release new packages/products at OSATs and ensure seamless transition to production.
Monitor OSAT performance and lead investigations on any issues related to the OSATs.
Coordinate failure analysis activities and address the root cause together with OSATs and QA.
Provide suggestions and ideas to improve work processes at Renesas.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or Science or Mathematics
Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment
Added advantage for candidates with experience in Assembly, NPI and 6 Sigma
Knowledge in project or program management will be good to have
