Job Description

• Assist in preliminary planning and development studies for new projects.

• Assist in coordinating architects, engineers, QS and other consultants for new projects.

• Assist in preparing presentations, project updates and management papers.

• Review programme, monitor progress and prepare regular project progress updates for management.

• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day construction activities from the developer's perspective.

• Work closely with the Project QS to monitor project cost, variation orders, claims and financial commitments.

• Coordinate effectively with project consultants and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.

• Monitor the contractor's compliance with approved construction drawings, specifications and quality requirements.

• Monitor authority-related requirements that may affect construction progress.

• Prepare concise weekly and monthly project reports for management.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

• Perform other duties from time to time when assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a bachelor degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related discipline.

• Preferably 3–8 years of relevant experience in property development.

• Candidates with strong experience working on high-rise residential / mixed development projects are strongly preferred.

• Experience working for a property developer will be an added advantage.

• Experience working in engineering/architect consultancy will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in architectural or engineering design.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Project Management Software.

• Possess strong liaison skills with authorities and consultants.

• Result-oriented, good analytical skills, have on-site problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work in fast paced environment to meet deadlines.

• Good organizational skills, including multitasking, and time management.

• High initiatives, innovative, fast learning ability, and dependable.

• Good team player and attitudes.

• Good presentation skills.
