About the Role
We are seeking organised and dependable Admin Support Officers for deployment to schools across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the school office.
Attend to phone calls and counter enquiries from parents, students, staff and visitors.
Manage correspondence, filing, data entry and record-keeping.
Support student enrolment, attendance and records administration.
Assist with procurement, inventory and basic finance administration.
Support school events, meetings and ad hoc administrative projects.
Handle school and student information with confidentiality.
Perform other duties assigned by the school.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good organisational, communication and time-management skills.
Accurate, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced school environment.
Prior administrative experience is preferred.
School or education-sector experience and familiarity with School Cockpit would be advantageous.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
Work Arrangements
Contract: 12 months, with possible extension.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday during standard school office hours.
Location: Schools across Singapore.
