RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides customer support, responding to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner while demonstrating a high level of customer service empathy, professionalism and respect.
Maintain relationships with customers, shipping line, PSA & relevant parties.
Do following up customer orders from start to the end.
Returns all internal/external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers’ concerns are understood and resolution is clearly explained.
Solve customer problems and help resolve issues.
Preparing bills and invoices.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the in-house system, timely create Release Order and Receiving instruction to warehouse to process Customer Service job order.
Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
Cooperative and helps to promote teamwork.
Co-ordinate with warehouse staff to meet customer requirements.
Maintain stock balance inventory report to customer on weekly, monthly basis.
Co-ordinate with distribution teams in the event customer request delivery or collection support
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Computer literacy
Good interpersonal skill
Diploma holder in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics & Supply Chain
Working hours
Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm
