Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new high-value accounts across the semiconductor, automotive, and electronics sectors.
- Formulate territory growth plans to expand market footprint across regional and international target markets.
- Build consultative relationships with client R&D, engineering, and procurement teams to get materials specified.
- Drive complete product qualification lifecycles from technical consultations through testing, validation, and design win.
- Track market trends and competitor landscapes to position high-performance material solutions effectively.
- Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in chemicals, electronics, or semiconductors.
- Hands-on sales experience with functional adhesives, epoxies, silicones, or SMT assembly chemicals.
- Proven "hunter" mindset with a results-driven track record in securing new client accounts.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for client visits and market expansion.
