Job Description
- Manage and maintain accurate custom data records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and supply chain activities.
- Analyse data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Ensure alignment of data management practices with company policies and industry standards.
- Support the procurement and supply chain department with data-driven insights.
- Provide training and guidance on data management best practices, as needed.
A successful Custom Data Management & KPI professional should have:
- A strong understanding of data management principles and tools.
- Experience in the procurement and supply chain domain, particularly in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data records.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from MYR 72,000 to MYR 120,000.
- Flexibility in work arrangements to support work-life balance.
