Hiring: ServiceNow Integration Hub Engineer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Contract: 1 Year – Extendable

Work Mode: Onsite / KL

Job Purpose

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, monitoring tools, and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow, automation, data accuracy, and reliable integration across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and ROC environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, and integration scripting.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and enterprise tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, SolarWinds, Splunk, and other platforms.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Develop and support workflow automation, Orchestration, and Flow Designer processes.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective solutions to maintain high availability.
• Conduct integration testing, validation, and production deployment support.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using integrated data for operational reporting and service management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Integration Hub.
• Hands-on expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, and integration testing methodologies.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and ITIL processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integration Hub / Flow Designer
• ITIL Foundation V3
