Role Description The Perunding Takaful role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuantan. The role involves advising customers on family takaful solutions, explaining product features and benefits, and helping customers identify plans that match their protection and financial needs. The Perunding Takaful will conduct regular customer meetings, handle inquiries and follow-ups, and ensure clear documentation of proposals and policies in line with company standards. The role includes engaging in sales and marketing activities, participating in training sessions, and staying up to date on products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends. The Perunding Takaful is expected to collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve individual and branch targets while maintaining high ethical and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and advisory skills, with the ability to communicate takaful concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Sales, negotiation, and basic financial planning abilities, with a focus on meeting customer needs ethically.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse customer groups.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured training programmes, and apply product and regulatory knowledge in daily work.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work responsibly within an on-site team environment.
- Minimum educational qualification at diploma or equivalent level; experience in financial services, insurance, or takaful is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in office and digital tools (e.g., email, presentation software, customer systems); fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is beneficial.
