Description:
We’re looking for a technically strong, analytically minded Risk Analyst to support and enhance our trading operations in Kuala Lumpur. This role is hands-on and operational, with ownership over MT4 and MT5 administration, trade reconciliation, risk monitoring, and platform optimisation.

You’ll work closely with Trading, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure accurate trade flows, controlled risk exposure, and efficient platform performance across global markets.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Trading Platform Administration

• Manage day-to-day MT4 and MT5 administration, including account setup, balance and credit adjustments, rebates, swaps, and rollovers.
• Oversee transaction reconciliations and ensure trading data integrity across systems.
• Maintain accurate configurations to support fair execution and operational stability.

Risk & Trade Analytics

• Provide trade-level analysis and risk insights to Trading and Sales teams.
• Perform global trade, position, liquidity provider, and cash reconciliations.
• Monitor derivatives flows to identify exposure, inefficiencies, or anomalies.

Trade Flow & Operational Risk

• Ensure accurate market setup, account opening, and settlement processes.
• Investigate and resolve complex trade flow issues using best-practice industry standards.
• Support front-to-back trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement forecasting.

Platform Integration & Optimisation

• Support basic administration of the oneZero hub to ensure smooth LP and platform connectivity.
• Assist with onboarding and testing new trading platforms or third-party tools.
• Work with API and tech teams to validate integrations and reduce operational risk.

Revenue & Process Improvement

• Support initiatives that optimise execution quality, liquidity usage, and risk-free revenue.
• Identify control gaps, escalate risks, and help implement mitigation solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements across the trade lifecycle to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Skills and Experiences:
Who We’re Hoping to Find

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in trading operations, risk, or dealing within forex, commodities, metals, bonds, or equities.
• Experience working with a globally regulated broker.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of MT4 and MT5 administration.
• Familiarity with oneZero or similar bridge/liquidity management platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot risk, patterns, and opportunities quickly.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-stakes trading environments.

Extra Points if You Have

• Experience integrating or supporting additional trading platforms (e.g. DX or similar).
• Exposure to liquidity provider management or execution optimisation.
• A strong interest in market structure and trading technology.
