Role Description

The Entry-Level Communication role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, the team member engages directly with customers at roadshows and events, delivers clear product or service presentations, and represents client brands professionally. Daily responsibilities include communicating key messages, answering customer inquiries, collecting feedback, and supporting the coordination of marketing activities. The role also involves working closely with teammates and supervisors to refine communication approaches, participate in training and mentorship sessions, and contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.
