Role and Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the overall management of logistic and its operations.
• To ensure smooth flow and delivery of parts to meet customers requirement.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations/customs regulations and legal requirement.
• Responsible K1, K2, M1, M2 daily and weekly report.
• Responsible for Monthly/ Yearly Custom reporting.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or customer issues.
• To coordinate with forwarders on vessel/air freight bookings.
• Responsible for custom exemption submission/ approval.
• Responsible for LMW license audits & renewal.
• Prepare an accurate monthly and yearly report for submission to the LMW Customs Officer in a timely manner.
• Perform compliance audit on permits and forms associated with the LMW regulations.
• Prepare application for customs exemption for import/export
• To ensure right usage of documentation.
• Manage and control departmental expenditure within the budgets.
• To guidance and provide on the job training for department staff.
• Ensure agreed reports are submitted in a timely manner.
