Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Marketing Executive role based in Georgetown. The Project Marketing Executive will support end-to-end project marketing activities, including planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for construction materials, bathroom solutions, and tiles. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and identifying new project opportunities. The role involves preparing marketing proposals, coordinating with the sales team to support project bids, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. The Project Marketing Executive will also help manage marketing content, assist in organizing events or product presentations for clients, track campaign performance, and prepare regular progress reports.

• Experience in construction, building materials, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with marketing tools or platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site in Georgetown.

Project Marketing ExecutiveJob Description / Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Present product portfolios and technical solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and post-sales support.
• Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotations, samples, and presentations.
• Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team to achieve company tile sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and expand the client base.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry (construction, building materials, or real estate preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to travel locally and outstation for client visits.
