Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Murex, Capital Markets, FinTech, and Digital Technology positions across China and other APJ Region.
• Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and regional stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
• Source, assess, and engage high-calibre candidates across Murex functional and technical domains, including Front Office, Risk, Datamart, QA, Environment Management, Finance & Operations, and Trading Support.
• Recruit for broader Digital Technology roles including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, and Digital Transformation consulting positions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, professional networks, referrals, and talent communities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technology and financial markets skill sets.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and market mapping activities.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarking, competitor hiring trends, and recruitment challenges within China and other APJ market.
• Coordinate interview processes between candidates and business stakeholders across China and APJ.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent community engagement activities.
• Maintain recruitment data, hiring reports, and ATS records while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.
