Role Description The Corporate Information Technology Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of BWF’s corporate IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to support global operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include Microsoft CRM Dynamics, and Microsoft Business Central. The manager coordinates IT projects, vendor relationships, and technology upgrades, while establishing policies, procedures, and documentation for secure and efficient IT operations. Collaboration with internal departments is essential to understand business needs, provide technical support, and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in managing corporate IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and business applications.
  • High level expertise in Microsoft products, ecspecially CRM Dynamics and Business Central.
  • Strong knowledge of information security best practices,
  • Proficiency in IT governance, policy development, and documentation, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Experience leading IT projects, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and optimizing technology investments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing or mentoring IT team members and fostering a culture of service and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
  • Experience working in an international or multi-stakeholder environment; exposure to sports organizations or event-based operations is beneficial.
