Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Representative role based in Petaling Jaya. The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and presenting Envicion Studio’s services to prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing sales materials and proposals, and assisting in client presentations and pitches. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with the marketing and creative teams to align client needs with agency offerings, and providing timely updates on sales activities and pipeline. The individual will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, respond to inquiries promptly, and contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic sales and customer service skills, such as lead follow-up, handling inquiries, presenting solutions, and supporting negotiations.
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple prospects, track activities, and meet deadlines and targets.
• Comfort using digital tools (e.g., email, presentation software, CRM or spreadsheets) to prepare materials and update sales records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Interest in marketing, branding, or property development; prior internship or experience in sales or agency environments is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and attend client meetings as needed.
