Our member company is seeking a meticulous and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join the team In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and supervising daily electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and quality standards. Coordinate with project stakeholders, manage site manpower and resources, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues to support successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities at project sites.
• Lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox meetings.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on project requirements.
• Monitor site progress and report work status, delays, and technical issues.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to support site activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in electrical installation or M&E construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, data centre, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, cable containment, cable termination, power distribution, and testing & commissioning.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and construction specifications.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
