Full Time Site Logistic and Warehouse Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in HEXATECH ENGINEERING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in coordinating the movement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment between the warehouse, suppliers, and project site.

· Coordinate with the Site Manager, Project Team, Procurement, and Store Keeper to ensure materials are available according to project requirements.

· Prepare and arrange materials, tools, and equipment for daily site activities based on work schedules.

· Monitor material usage, tool movement, and assist in controlling wastage, loss, damages, and returns.

· Assist in receiving, checking, issuing, and transferring materials and equipment when required.

· Maintain proper records and documentation related to site logistics, material movement, deliveries, and equipment.

· Assist in coordinating deliveries, loading and unloading, and material movement at the project site.

· Ensure proper housekeeping, safe material handling, and compliance with site safety requirements during logistics activities.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Management or immediate supervisor.

Requirement:

· Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Preferably 1–2 years of experience in site logistics, warehouse, store, or construction-related operations.

· Basic knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and site logistics.

· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; knowledge of inventory or store management systems is an advantage.

· Good organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

· Physically fit and willing to work in a project site environment, including handling and moving materials when required.

· Responsible, reliable, and able to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.

· Working Location: Johor Bahru (JB)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
