Job Responsibilities
- Monitor quality performance for Injection Moulding and Assembly processes.
- Conduct inspection and ensure products meet customer and company quality requirements.
- Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, defects, and abnormalities.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support mould trials, process trials, new product introduction (NPI), and product validation.
- Work closely with Production, Tooling, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality problems.
- Investigate internal and customer complaints and prepare 8D reports when required.
- Monitor and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and process documentation.
- Conduct process audits and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor defect rates and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
Pay: RM2,402.39 - RM5,000.00 per month
