About the RoleJoin our Facilities Management team to gain hands-on experience in corporate workplace operations, vendor coordination, and integrated facility management systems. This internship offers practical exposure to real estate management in a professional environment.
Workplace Operations & Compliance
Conduct daily site inspections of workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas to ensure quality standards
Monitor facility helpdesk system (CAFM/CMMS) and coordinate resolution of maintenance requests
Support workspace readiness for meetings, events, and daily operations
Assist with safety audits and compliance checks
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Coordinate third-party service providers during scheduled maintenance activities (HVAC, cleaning, pest control)
Verify completed work against service agreements and document any variances
Maintain vendor schedules, contact databases, and service records
Data Management & Reporting
Update asset inventories and equipment maintenance records in facility management systems
Track monthly utility consumption data to support sustainability reporting
Organize compliance documentation including safety records, permits, and inspection reports
Prepare basic facility performance reports and presentations
Education
Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, Building Services Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders including tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Proactive learner with interest in facility operations and corporate real estate
Preferred
Familiarity with CAFM systems or helpdesk ticketing platforms
Previous coursework or internship experience in property or facility management
