We're Hiring: Basis Consultant!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Basis Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Basis administration, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our SAP landscape.

Responsibilities: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your day-to-day activities will include using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in SAP Basis is required. Advanced proficiency in SAP Basis Administration is suggested. Develop and implement configuration strategies that enhance application performance and reliability. Support and guide team members in resolving complex technical challenges related to packaged and software as a service applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions with business objectives. Analyze system issues proactively and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to elevate the quality of application support and delivery.
