PRODUCTION

1) Ensure efficient procurement and timely availability of raw materials and packaging components to meet production needs.

2) Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent material shortages and overstocking, optimizing warehouse storage space.

3) Liaise with suppliers to confirm timely delivery schedules and minimize delays in the supply chain.

4) Manage and update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to align with production schedules and operational needs.

5) Work closely with warehouse personnel to oversee proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods.

6) Develop strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to achieve cost reductions and maintain quality standards.

7) Track and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and contractual obligations.

8) Ensure proper documentation and compliance with purchase orders (PO), goods received notes (GRN), and invoices.

9) Coordinate with operations to ensure materials are delivered just in time (JIT) to prevent production delays.

10) Assist in demand forecasting and production planning to align raw material availability with production needs.

11) Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements for raw materials and finished goods.

12) Optimize logistics and transportation processes to improve supply chain efficiency and delivery timelines.

13) Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.

14) Implement cost-saving measures within the supply chain without compromising quality.

15) Assist in supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality procurement standards.

16) Monitor and enforce proper inventory control measures such as First In, First Out (FIFO) and batch traceability.

18) Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to handle and resolve non-conforming materials effectively.

19) Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by developing alternative supplier options and contingency plans.

21) Implement and monitor supply chain sustainability initiatives to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

22) Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new supply chain staff to ensure compliance with procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.

23) Receive structured on-the-job training (OJT) from superiors or experienced personnel to enhance competency and knowledge in supply chain management.

24) Maintain adherence to GMP and regulatory standards in all operational processes.

25) Ensure all required documentation, including SOPs and production reports, are updated and accurate.

26) Work together to align production schedules with material availability, ensuring efficiency.

27) Support internal GMP audits and implement necessary corrective actions.

28) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and supply chain processes.

29) Promote effective cross-functional collaboration between production and supply chain teams for overall efficiency.

30) Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent contamination and maintain product quality.

64) Ensure proper training and onboarding of new production operators to meet operational standards and compliance requirements.

65) Conduct periodic performance evaluations for production operators and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

66) Address and resolve grievances or concerns raised by production operators to maintain a harmonious work environment.

67) Ensure production operators adhere to safety guidelines, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and factory regulations.

68) Coordinate with HR on payroll matters related to production operator attendance, overtime claims, and incentive programs.

69) Implement motivation and engagement programs to boost production operator morale and efficiency.
