Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.

Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and product managers to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Contribute to architecture documentation and ensure solutions align with the company's technology roadmap and long-term maintainability goals.

Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.

Work with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) to deploy and manage applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and secure coding standards.

Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.

Minimum Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development.

Proven experience in building scalable, business-critical applications in enterprise environments.

Technical Skills

Frontend: Strong proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Backend: Solid experience with C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development.

Database: Familiarity with SQL Server, writing complex queries, and working with ORM tools.

Cloud: Working knowledge of Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, DevOps) is a strong advantage.

Version Control: Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks.

Agile: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about learning new technologies.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
