Role Overview

As a Technical Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, clarify priorities, and translate needs into meaningful, value‑driven outcomes. Your role emphasizes partnership, trust, and clear communication to ensure that delivery aligns with stakeholder goals and drives measurable impact.

  • Bridge expectations between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Support structured communication, documentation, and follow‑up to improve transparency and outcomes.

    • Technical Requirements


  • Experience working with enterprise cloud technologies or similar cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the Architected Framework.
  • Ability to engage with technical leadership as a trusted adviser and articulate the business value of cloud‑based application, infrastructure, and data solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud positioning relative to major competitors.
  • Preferred specialization in one of the following areas:
  • Data & Analytics
  • App Innovation & AI
  • Infrastructure & Security


    • Certifications


  • Required (one of the following, or equivalent):
  • Azure Administrator Associate (AZ‑104)
  • Azure Developer Associate (AZ‑204)
  • Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP‑203)
  • Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP‑300)
  • Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ‑500)


    • Or commitment to attain an associate‑level certification within 3 months.
