Full Time PLANT SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,499 in TOP MIX CONCRETE (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• To assist Plant Superintendent and Plant/Sales Manager comply with all standard operating procedures, relevant statutory and company requirement in relation to management of raw materials, environment (waste disposal, dust and noise) with the permissible level
• Promote an environment that creates ownership of health, safety and environment by employees and develop of safe working environment for staff.
• Truck arrangement by schedule.
• Order arrangement by schedule.
• Assist in co-ordination of Plant operation with Plant Superintendent and Plant/Sales Manager to ensure that customers are satisfied with the level of service rendered.
• Handle daily customer’s orders including batching of concrete.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of the plant machinery and moving vehicles to minimize downtime.
• Monitor materials stock level.
• To assist Plant Superintendent and Plant/Sales Manager in preparation of production records at the designated plant.
• Ensure safety in the workplace.
• Assist in plant housekeeping to ensure first class appearance.
• Any duties assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,499.00 per month

• Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Ready- Mix Concrete: 3 years (Required)
• Supervising: 3 years (Required)
