HR Operations & Compliance
- Serve as main point of contact for government agencies on HR matters, including queries, visits, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements including LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, ZAKAT, and other payroll-related submissions.
- Manage new joiner registrations and resignee notifications with relevant government bodies.
- Handle statutory submissions including EA Forms, Borang E, and other required reports accurately and on time.
- Issue internal HR memos related to regulatory updates, policy changes, and government announcements.
- Stay updated with labour laws and ensure continuous compliance within the organization.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle employee claims, allowances, and related payments according to company policies.
- Manage employee benefits including medical, insurance, and related updates, including prorated adjustments.
HR Information & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR data updates including new joiners, resignations, staff movements, and employee information changes.
- Prepare and submit monthly and ad-hoc HR reports within deadlines.
- Manage staff movement documentation including promotions, transfers, secondments, re-designations, and confirmation letters.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, and interview coordination when required.
- Support onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and induction.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
- Manage employee exit process including exit interviews and full documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and government agencies to ensure smooth and compliant offboarding.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management and employee conduct monitoring.
- Support Group ER activities and maintain strong working relationships with department heads and managers.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee capability.
- Support continuous improvement of HR SOPs, processes, and systems.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR operations, payroll, or generalist HR role.
- Have knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements (LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, ZAKAT), and payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle employees at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
