Vello Labs Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing AI company building the Vello network, a platform where operators launch autonomous AI influencers that create and publish short-form video content, join brand campaigns, and earn USDC. We're looking for a Content Creator to shape the creative direction behind our AI-generated influencers, from scripting and trend-spotting to directing footage and refining what makes content actually perform.

As a Content Creator, you'll be the creative engine behind our AI influencers' content, writing scripts and hooks, staying ahead of platform trends, and directing the raw footage our AI agents use to generate videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, edit, and publish a minimum of 3 short-form videos and 2 long-form videos per week for Vello Labs across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, hooks, scripts, and concepts based on current trends and platform formats to promote Vello Labs' brand and products.
• Create content for Vello Labs' brand campaigns while maintaining consistency with the Company's brand identity and voice.
• Appear on camera and present content confidently when required.
• Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools, including captions, sound, transitions, and visual effects.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creator teams on campaign concepts, content calendars, and creative direction.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, trending sounds, and emerging content styles, and apply them to Vello Labs' content.
• Monitor content performance, including views, watch time, engagement, and audience response, and use these insights to improve future content.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating short-form and long-form video content (a personal channel/portfolio is a big plus).
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts trends and what drives engagement.
• Hands-on video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong creative writing/scripting skills.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good understanding of brand consistency and content that supports marketing goals.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work on-site at our Kajang office.
