Job description:

DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS

Driver

• Communication & well-being (discipline)
• Ensure driver attendance filled.
• Decision on operating driver in case change in schedule.
• Ensure Database maintenance of company assets are updated regularly – i.e – sim, handphone, PPE, rain-coats, tool-box.
• Ensure driver’s license, GDL, port passes validity.

Daily Operation Task

• Route planning as per Customer Service advise
• Arrange for delivery & collection on best profit relativeness
• Ensure complete documents attached with complete information before despatching to drivers
• Port system booking & planning accordingly.
• Close feedback with driver on current delivery/offloading or collection status with constant update to customer service team

Monitoring

• MT Container detention last day
• Export Laden opening/closing day & VGM
• Import Laden – storage and gate pass expiry
• Daily Job Status – Timing, ETA ,ETD
• Truck GPS – speed / idling/ location
• Drivers Condition (i.e – rest /next work day)
• Driver routine check on trucks, (i.e. – black oil /water / tyre pressure/ trailer lights)

Documentations

• DGC cash voucher preparations (Daily)
• Completion of job entry on Haulage system (Daily)
• Drivers works-ticket data entry and submission (weekly)
• Submission of driver leave form.

Schedule: Shift Rotation (Day/Night)

Overtime claim (required) : Basic - RM2500 +Overtime up to RM4500 per month

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
