Job scope

1 Review and verify inventory adjustment and inventory request forms for accuracy and proper authorisation.

2 Process inventory adjustments in the system.

3 Plan and coordinate periodic cycle count activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

4 Monitor inventory movement and ensure compliance with inventory management principles such as FIFO.

5 Perform routine inventory cycle counts and reconcile variances.

6 Review material consumption.

7 Prepare and analyse inventory aging reports to identify slow moving and obsolete stock.

8 Prepare operation scrap reports, including analysis of scrap trends.

9 Monitor and manage inventory status, including purchase returns, sales returns and quarantined item and ensure proper control and disposition.

10 Ensure scrap bins are cleared and reconciled at the end of each month

11 Identify and implement improvements to inventory movement processes to enhance inventory accuracy and minimise stocktake variances.

Requirement

1 2–3 years of relevant working experience.

2 Good communication and teamwork skills.

3 Good analytical and problem solving skills.

4 Understanding of supply chain, production, and warehouse operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
