Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, congresses, and pharmaceutical industry events.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective event logistics, marketing, and operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure post-event reporting, including financial reconciliation and performance analysis.
• Maintain high standards of client servicing and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Strong background in event management, preferably in pharmaceutical or corporate events.
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
