Key Responsibilities
- Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
- Register all check-in customers at the front reception.
- Greet and direct guest to designated tables.
- Record orders, serve food and beverages.
- Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Good mannerism and polite
- Presentable and pleasant physical appearance
- Experience in customer service, hostess and receptionist roles is added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
