What we're looking for

  • Marketing instinct first. You can read a landing page and identify what's wrong before touching the copy. You understand funnels, positioning, audiences, and conversion well enough to have real opinions. When AI gives you a confidently mediocre answer, you recognize it and push back. Anyone can run a prompt. Fewer people know what to point it at and why.
  • Already using AI and hungry to go deeper. You use these tools daily, not occasionally. You know the difference between “AI as a search engine” and “AI as a collaborator”. You'd happily spend a weekend learning a new tool if it made your work meaningfully better.
  • Direct response and distribution sense. You can write copy that sells, not just copy that sounds good. You understand the difference between a sales page and a blog post, and between a broadcast and a nurture sequence. Writing matters, but the harder work is choosing the right offer, channel, hook, and format.
  • Comfortable with autonomy. We don't run marketing by committee. You'll have direction, feedback, and support, but the weekly decisions are yours.

What you don't need

  • A long resume. We'll take a junior with taste and curiosity over a senior with a title.
  • Prior experience with Claude Code, agentic workflows, or MCP. We'll teach you. What matters is that you're excited to learn.
  • A polished portfolio. Show us how you think, not just what you've published.

How we work

Merit-based. Good ideas and shipped results matter more than tenure. You'll have autonomy, ownership, and the support to use both well. We value experimentation, cross-functional curiosity, self-development, and honest feedback in both directions.

Before you apply

Two short prompts. Pick one or do both.

  1. Tell us about a time you used AI to do something faster, better, or differently than you would have a year ago.

It doesn't have to be impressive. It could involve writing, research, planning, or anything else. We want to see how you think about the tool: where it helps, where it gets in the way, and what you do when the output isn't quite right.

  1. Pick one of our products from our website and tell us what you'd change.

Focus on the strategy, not the homepage copy. What audience are we underserving? What channel are we missing? What angle are we not using? We're not looking for the right answer. We want to see how you think about a business when no one's grading you.

Finally, in one paragraph: Where do you think AI in marketing is overhyped, and where is it underhyped?

Tanggungjawab

We're looking for someone to own how our products go to market and grow after launch.

We run most of our marketing work through Claude Code, agentic workflows, custom AI skills, MCP integrations, and tools like Higgsfield for video. Much of what once took a small team now runs through AI agents we've built and configured ourselves.

If you already know these tools, great. If not, that's okay. Most of our team didn't know what any of this meant six months ago. What matters is that you already use AI tools daily for real work, whether that's Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or something else. You've felt the leverage and want more of it.

What you’ll be working on:

The role has two rhythms. Between launches, which is most of the time, you'll build and run the marketing engine:

  • Recurring content and distribution
  • Email broadcasts and automated sequences
  • Nurture flows
  • Funnel optimization
  • A/B testing across landing pages, sales pages, emails, and funnels

The goal is to automate as much of this as practical, so the team can scale output without burning out on repetitive work. You'll identify recurring tasks worth automating, then build the workflows yourself or with the team. You'll also analyze performance yourself or with AI, whichever gets to a sound answer faster. What matters is that you make decisions from data, not gut instinct.

During launches, which happen once or twice a quarter, you'll own:

  • Positioning and messaging
  • Sales pages and email sequences
  • Channel plans
  • Post-launch analysis and iteration

In practice, in a given week you might:

  • Ship long-form blog content using our internal AI workflows, with the judgment to know when the output is good, needs work, or should be discarded.
  • Adapt one core insight into LinkedIn posts, Reddit comments, emails, or complete videos, choosing the right format for each channel instead of cross-posting blindly.
  • Write or refine a sales page, broadcast, or nurture sequence for an existing funnel.
  • Spot a repetitive task and remove it. Early on, that might mean a better prompt. Later, it might mean wiring up a new skill with help from the team.
  • Join a product or strategy conversation and leave with three strong angles because you understood the business, not just the brief.
  • Look at last week's traffic, signups, and conversion data, and change next week's plan based on what you learned.
