Job Responsibilities
Host dynamic live-streams across social media platforms to boost brand excitement.
Manage live chats and product inquiries to convert viewers into sales.
Design promotional banners and product thumbnails using Canva or Photoshop.
Process incoming orders and coordinate with logistics for prompt dispatch.
Manage marketplace backends by updating stock levels and optimizing keywords.
Resolve returns and refunds
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce customer service or social media commerce
Proficiency in Canva is mandatory, Photoshop is a plus
Familiarity with Lazada and Shopee Seller Centre navigation, chat tools, and refund processes
Good to Have
Experience with TikTok Shop or Live selling
Basic knowledge of local courier parcel tracking systems (e.g., NinjaVan, J&T Express)
Basic editing using CapCut for simple TikTok videos
