K Aerosol Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong, hands-on knowledge of full-set accounting and group financial consolidation to lead our finance function and support the company’s continued growth.

nsibilities
• Overse

the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations• Manage

the complete group consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial statements• Review

subsidiary accounts and ensure accurate, consistent and timely group reporting• Handle

intercompany transactions, balances, reconciliations and eliminations• Review

consolidation adjustments, foreign currency translation and non-controlling interests• Ensure

consolidated accounts comply with MFRS and applicable statutory requirements• Prepare

monthly management accounts, financial reports and performance analyses• Lead bu

dgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning and financial analysis• Strengt

hen internal controls, financial policies and reporting procedures• Ensure

compliance with taxation, SST and other regulatory requirements• Coordin

ate annual audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and authorities• Monitor

costing, inventory, margins and financial performance• Lead an

d develop the finance team• Support

finance process improvements, automation and ERP initiatives

r’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline• Profess

ional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or MIA membership is preferred• At leas

t 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including managerial experience• Strong

hands-on experience in preparing full group consolidation accounts is essential• Sound k

nowledge of consolidation principles, intercompany eliminations and MFRS• Experie

nce managing accounts for multiple companies or subsidiaries• Manufac

turing, costing and inventory-management experience is strongly preferred• Profici

ent in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems• Strong

analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills• High le

vel of integrity, accuracy and accountability• Able to

work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
