Job Responsibilities

* Perform administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2019 and above.

* Manage Active Directory, server monitoring, performance tuning, and backup/recovery operations.

* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system administration and automation.

* Support Windows server infrastructure and troubleshoot system-related issues.

* Work with basic networking concepts, including DNS, firewalls and load balancing.

* Provide support for Linux/Unix environments where required.

* Collaborate with the team on infrastructure and platform-related activities.

Requirements

* 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration.

* Strong experience with Windows Server 2019 and above.

* Proficient in PowerShell scripting is an advantage.

* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, server monitoring, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.

* Good understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, firewalls and load balancing.

* Exposure to Linux/Unix or AIX environments is an advantage.

* Experience with MS SQL, BASH/Python, or OpenText AppWorks will be an added advantage.
