Position Requirement :
- 8 - 10 year working experience in manufacturing industry
- Degree in Security Management, safety & health, sciences, or engineering studies
- Preferred ex-armed force personnel
- Knowledge of TAPA,CTPAT, ISO 27001
Postion Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and continuously review plant-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security, loss prevention, and crisis management.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability audits of the facility to identify and mitigate potential security blind spots.
- Manage the contract and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the third-party security guard provider.
- Approve guard force schedules, deployment strategies, and overtime budgets.
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of physical security technologies
- (CCTV, access control, perimeter defenses) and manage relationships with external tech vendor
- Lead investigations into major incidents, complex inventory discrepancies, suspected internal fraud, or workplace violence
- Design the overarching loss prevention strategy, focusing on high-risk areas like scrap material disposal, intellectual property, and shipping/receiving.
- Collaborate with the plant’s Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and HR departments to align security policies with overall plant safety and compliance goals
- Plantwide Security Management
