Our client is a leading multinational company specialized in advanced equipment and semiconductor testing solutions. As part of their expansion in Malaysia, they are seeking talented engineers to join their team in both service engineering and product technical marketing functions. These roles are critical to supporting customer success, driving innovation, and ensuring high‑quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Execute equipment installations, product demos, and customer handovers.
• Repair & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control system issues; propose solutions and coordinate spare parts.
• Preventive Maintenance: Carry out scheduled service, advise customers on repairs, and document activities.
• Technical Support: Provide pre/post‑sales support, product recommendations, and consultative guidance.
• Programming & Data Analysis: Develop code (Python, C/C++), analyze data, and support benchmark projects.
• Training & Development: Conduct operator training, prepare service documentation, and share feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of electronic test instruments (Oscilloscope, DMM, LCR, SMU, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Programming ability (Python, C/C++) preferred.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work in a team.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to client sites.
