CREATIVE LEADERSHIP: defines, directs, and upholds the design execution of Chariot’s work

Expectations:

• Leads the design development process across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Translates creative direction into refined and distinctive art direction.
• Provides clear direction and feedback to the working team.
• Ensures creative consistency across all touchpoints.
• Reviews visuals to meet standards across all channels (print, OOH, digital, and social).
• Oversees junior creatives and external vendors (retouchers, illustrators, etc.).

Outcomes:

• Produces visuals that demonstrate originality, clarity, and craft.
• Elevates team craft through precision and direction.

STRATEGIC & CONCEPTUAL THINKING: shapes creative ideas with insight, clarity, and direction

Expectations:

• Collaborates with Art Directors and Copywriters to strengthen campaign ideas.
• Provides design solutions that balance creativity with client objectives.
• Contributes to pitches, case studies, and award entries.

• Strengthens campaign direction through clear design thinking..
• Contributes meaningfully to pitch and award success.

MENTORSHIP & CULTURE BUILDING: guides the next generation of creatives and nurtures team growth

• Leads multiple projects independently while maintaining quality.

• Shares knowledge on design, shortcuts, and best practices.
• Supports Creative leads in building a positive, learning-based team culture.
