Job Summary

Responsible for incoming material inspection, quality control, equipment management, and inspection team training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming material inspection according to quality standards.
• Follow up on material quality issues and work with engineers to resolve them.
• Operate, inspect, maintain, and calibrate inspection equipment.
• Use 2.5D / CMM equipment and understand GD&T tolerances.
• Manage equipment, fixtures, assets, and related records.
• Support the purchase, installation, and setup of new inspection equipment.
• Train new employees on inspection methods and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IQC (Incoming Quality Control) experience.
• Laboratory or equipment management experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ISO, 7 QC Tools, 5W2H, and MSA.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Responsible, logical, proactive, and willing to learn.
